FESTIVAL GATE TIMES:

THU 3.11 - 4 PM - 10 PM

FRI 3.12 – 12 PM - 10 PM

SAT 3.13 – 12 PM - 10 PM

SUN 3.14 – 12 PM - 10 PM

All amplified music must end by 10 PM Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday per city ordinance.

Our Team can only assist the original order holder. Please have a Gov’t-Issued ID Available.

RE-ENTRY POLICY:

PLATINUM, VIP (4 Day, 3 Day & Single Day), & GA+ (4 Day, 3 Day) Tickets will be allowed 1 Re-Entry Per Day. Wristband must be scanned out at the gate upon exit to receive re-entry.

Any GA Tickets will not be allowed re-entry. (GA 3 Day, 2 Day, Single Day)

IMPORTANT INFO:

Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Event Live on behalf of Reggae Rise Up Florida. If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder. If you still do not see your order confirmation, please email Info@ReggaeRiseUp.com.

All wristbands will be mailed out to all fans who purchased before the shipping deadline, approximately 2 weeks ahead of the event.

Wristbands will be sent to the mailing address specified on your order.

All international orders will be held at Will Call.

Will-Call ticket orders must go to the Festival Box Office to pick up their Festival Wristbands.

Shipping is a separate cost on top of the ticket price and is not included in the ticket taxes and fees.

All Purchases are for Reggae Rise Up Florida, not for a specific artist.

Artist, Venue, and Schedule are subject to change without notice.

Artist cancellations are not grounds for a refund.
